DEAR READER
When I was 15, I was exposed to pornography. According to Common Sense Media, I was lucky — the average exposure in young boys is 12. By 18, I could see that this habit had become an addiction. I tried desperately to stop, but I couldn’t.
Accepting powerlessness, I frequently looked online for any groups that help men address this issue. Though there are many great programs, they all were either too intimidating, completely virtual, or filled with men decades older than me. Where were the in-person, peer-led programs I was looking for?
They didn’t exist. By the grace of God, now they do. Nadim Khouzam and I founded a small group program that was launched at Notre Dame in the fall of 2023. After I released my personal testimony in the school newspaper to market the program, we had 100 sign-ups in 2 weeks. 4% of Notre Dame’s undergraduate men joined in just a few months.
Now we are thinking bigger. We want to bring this to every university in the US. We will be launching at two more universities in January 2025.
Please consider sponsoring a student for $20 per month. It is impossible to overstate this donation's impact — not only will it enable one man to find freedom, but it will enable him to have a happy family. Your donation will be felt throughout generations.
